PT Peroksida Indonesia Pratama (PIP) was established in 1987 as a join venture between PT Pupuk Kujang and Mitsubishi Gas Chemical Company, Inc., Japan.
PIP is the first producer of Hydrogen Peroxide (H2O2) in Indonesia.

1996, July : Completion of facility construction to increase capacity to 20,800 tons
(as 50%) per year.
1997, June : Achievement of 100,000 tons (as 50%) production.
1998, January : ISO-9002 Certification for Quality Management System by SGS.
2000, September : Completion of facility construction to increase capacity to 22,880 tons
(as 50%) / year.
2005, March : Certification for integrated ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001,
by SGS.
2005, June : Improvement operation condition to increase capacity to 24,480 ton
(as 50%) / year.
2012, February : Achievement of 8,068 days Zero Accident Operation.
